• 預約與課程資料:預約時段、課程紀錄、課堂備註、上課連結。
• 付款紀錄:交易金額、堂數、訂單編號與付款狀態(信用卡卡號由金流商 ECPay 綠界處理,本服務不會儲存您的卡號)。
• 通訊內容:您與老師之間的訊息。
• 使用與裝置資料:登入時間、語言偏好、瀏覽器與基本記錄檔。

Account data (name, email; Google profile name/email/avatar if you sign in with Google); booking and lesson records; payment records (amount, credits, order ID, status — card numbers are handled by our payment provider ECPay and never stored by us); messages between you and the teacher; and basic usage/device logs.

2. 我們如何使用資料 · How we use your data

• 提供與維運服務:帳號管理、預約排程、堂數計算、課堂連結發送。
• 處理付款與對帳。
• 寄送與服務相關的通知信(如預約確認、課程提醒)。
• 提供客服與改善服務品質。

To operate the service (accounts, scheduling, credits, meeting links), process payments, send service-related emails (booking confirmations, reminders), provide support, and improve the service.

3. 第三方服務 · Third-party services

我們使用下列受信任的第三方協助提供服務,資料僅在必要範圍內共享:

• Google Firebase(Google):身分驗證、資料庫與後端代管。
• Google 登入:選擇以 Google 登入時的身分驗證。
• ECPay 綠界科技:信用卡 / ATM / 超商付款處理。
• Zoom:線上視訊上課。
• Resend:寄送通知信。

We use trusted processors and share data only as needed: Google Firebase (auth, database, hosting), Google Sign-In, ECPay (payments), Zoom (video lessons), and Resend (email). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookie 與本機儲存 · Cookies & local storage

我們使用瀏覽器本機儲存來維持登入狀態與記住您的語言偏好。您可於瀏覽器設定中清除這些資料。

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. You can clear these in your browser settings.
