Welcome to Meidi English. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. 服務說明 · The service

本服務提供線上一對一英文口說教學,透過視訊軟體(如 Zoom)進行,每堂課約 50 分鐘。

We provide online 1-on-1 English speaking lessons delivered via video (e.g. Zoom), approximately 50 minutes per lesson.

2. 帳號 · Accounts

您須提供正確資料並妥善保管帳號;帳號下的活動由您負責。我們可在違反條款時暫停或終止帳號。

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. 預約、堂數與付款 · Bookings, credits & payment

• 您可購買單堂或多堂套裝;多堂套裝享公告之折扣。
• 付款透過金流服務商 ECPay 綠界處理;完成付款後堂數將存入您的帳戶。
• 價格與堂數以結帳當下系統顯示為準。
• 預約成立後,老師確認時段並提供上課連結。

You may purchase single lessons or multi-lesson packages (with the discounts shown). Payments are processed by ECPay; credits are added to your account upon successful payment. Prices and credits are as displayed at checkout. After booking, the teacher confirms the slot and provides the meeting link.

4. 取消與改期 · Cancellations & rescheduling

如需取消或改期,請於上課前合理時間內提出。未出席或臨時取消之課程可能視為已消耗一堂。實際規則以課前公告或雙方約定為準。

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us a reasonable time before the lesson. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may count as a used lesson. Specific rules follow the notice given before the lesson or as agreed.

5. 退款 · Refunds

尚未使用的堂數可依消費者保護相關法令與本服務退款說明申請退款;已使用之課程不予退款。如有疑問請來信聯絡。

Unused credits may be refundable in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law and our refund guidance; used lessons are non-refundable. Contact us with any questions.

6. 使用者行為 · Acceptable use

您同意不從事違法、騷擾、侵權或干擾服務運作之行為,亦不得未經授權錄製或散布課程內容。

You agree not to engage in unlawful, harassing, infringing, or disruptive conduct, and not to record or distribute lesson content without authorization.

7. 智慧財產 · Intellectual property

本服務之教材、品牌與網站內容均受智慧財產權保護,未經同意不得重製或商業使用。

Our materials, brand, and site content are protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

8. 免責聲明 · Disclaimer

本服務依「現狀」提供。我們致力提供穩定服務,但不保證完全無中斷或無錯誤。

The Service is provided “as is.” We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. 責任限制 · Limitation of liability

在法律允許之最大範圍內,本服務就間接或衍生性損害不負賠償責任;可歸責之賠償以您就相關課程實際支付之金額為限。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant lessons.

10. 準據法 · Governing law

本條款依中華民國(台灣)法律解釋與適用。

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

11. 條款變更 · Changes

我們可能更新本條款,並於本頁公布更新日期;持續使用即表示接受更新後條款。

We may update these terms and post the revised date here; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
